Servicing Compliance Specialist Job Opening in Kalamazoo, Michigan - AmeriFirst Home Mortgage is hiring a Servicing Compliance Specialist. The Servicing Compliance Specialist supports the overall compliance of Servicing and Accounting. As a Servicing Compliance Specialist you will be assisting the departments in identifying proactive approaches to ensure compliance, as well as performing gap analysis on procedures for compliance management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Stay up to date with servicing and accounting practices regarding regulatory and guideline changes.
Work with manager to evaluate changes and identify how they impact the company as a whole.
Collaborate with Servicing Training and Content Management to provide clarity and ensure materials are compliant.
Serve as a resource for Servicing Training and Content Management.
Perform gap analysis on procedures for Servicing and Accounting departments.
Provide support to Servicing Quality Control team to communicate compliance updates and review audit results.
Assist with regulatory examinations.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
