Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls responding to potential clients who have requested an evaluation on the internet. Agents must be comfortable making outbound calls, and have the ability to comfort and build rapport with potential must understand the medical issues and injuries that our potential clients are experiencing. It is important to have basic medical understanding to be able to ask the right questions and understand the situation more information from calls in CRM and disposition calls correctly. Agents are required to file their calls in an organized matter, and have be proficient in working on , information, and frequently asked questions info. Agents must be able to read and work towards memorizing multiple scripts. Be comfortable answering client questions. Agents are required to completely understand background information regarding our time management. To compete at the highest level our agents must learn to manage their time effectively. Keys to time management include becoming proficient in CRM and call center data entry, break management, and Work Experience:
Previous contact center experience is not required, but it is or health background will be helpful.
