Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Bend, Oregon - The Tower Theatre Foundation is a non-profit historic theatre located in downtown Bend, OR. Our mission is to be Central Oregon's leading performing arts organization, providing cultural and educational programs that make essential contributions to the region's lifestyle and strength of community.
We are currently looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who is good at setting priorities and juggling multiple tasks. The Bookkeeper is responsible for providing accurate and timely records of all financial transactions for the Theatre. Solving problems, addressing issues as required by financial policies, proofing all work for errors, and working accurately are the cornerstones to success in this position. This position is currently part-time and hourly at 28 hours per week.
Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting experience, be highly skilled in using Quickbooks and Excel, experience in a non-profit environment a bonus. We are looking for a great team player who is adaptable and enthusiastic.
