Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk Job Opening in Klamath Falls, Oregon - Cerule, LLC is now hiring for an accounts payable/receivable clerk. Job Duties:
Post and process vendor invoices for payment
Verify invoices are posted correctly to proper general ledger accounts
Distribute invoices to managers for payment approval
Record and maintain all 1099 information
Create invoices and packing slips
Answer vendor/customer inquiries
Other duites, as assigned
Job/Education Requirements:
Minimum of three years experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payables Clerk
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Self-motivated
Excellent communications skills
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m.
