RN Clinical Supervisor - Surgical Practices Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Indeed Hire in partnership with The Polyclinic in locating an RN Clinical Supervisor - Surgical Practices to join their team in Seattle, WA (Capitol Hill in Seattle).
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
To work with Practice Manager, physicians, and staff to develop and implement policies and procedures regarding patient care, satisfaction, and flow in a manner which is consistent with clinic?s mission and values. Maintain daily operations (including personnel supervision), business and clinical functions, facility maintenance, patient relations and physician business.
Participate on the medical emergency team when working at the Broadway or Madison Center locations. Partner with the Manager in building physician practices, including establishing new programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : High school diploma or GED; Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Certification / Licensure : Current RN license
Experience : Three(+) years experience in a healthcare setting; ideally working with surgeons in a hospital or clinic. Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
