Associate Executive Director Job Opening in Burlington, Washington - Creekside Continuing Care Community is a Cascade Living Group community located in Burlington, WA.
Creekside is rental senior living community featuring a continuum of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care in a residential setting with additional free standing cottage homes, on a 10-acre campus.
The Associate Executive Director position will primarily be tasked with oversight and active management of the Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities and secondarily, joint operations management of the overall campus with The Executive Director.
The ideal candidate:
Will currently be a credentialed healthcare administrator in Washington state or credential eligible
Will currently be an Associate Executive Director or Wellness/Healthcare Director in a senior living community environment seeking next level career steps.
Has not been a "job-hopper".
Is a leader of people and can demonstrate successful team building, coaching and cheerleading abilities.
Understands and practices the principles of Accountability and Joint Accountability.
Has a Sales and Marketing frame of mind and can demonstrate active participation in Sales and Marketing activities.
Has financial management experience. Has schedule flexibility understanding this is a 24-hour, 365 day per year business.
