The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the alarm industry and will be experienced in recruiting, training and motivating a sales organization. Successful, experienced sales managers/field trainers from other similar in-home sales industries will also be considered for this opportunity.

Requirements:
Successful candidates must be ethical, personable, articulate, professional in demeanor and presentable
The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in security alarm sales, alarm sales management, or in home sales management
Must also be self-motivated, highly organized, and goal oriented
Bachelor?s or Associates degree preferred, but not required
Reliable personal transportation and a valid Georgia?s driver?s license required
Must be able to pass drug test and background check
