Sales Development Representative Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Are you a go getter? Do you love the thrill of a close? Looking for high energy inside sales professional. You will serve as the opening conversation to a long relationship with our company. You will be responsible for a high volume of inbound leads, and you will be tracked on turning those leads into appointments. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, open minded, and creative in their approach. Well spoken (35% of your interview will be testing how you communicate!) And analytical, you'll analyze your successes and see what works, and what doesn't, and help us utilize successes with other team mates. You'll be given one specific territory, and you'll call into that region (Hello! Your territory alone! and Inbound leads ONLY!)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Self-motivated, high-energy, creative team player
Basic understanding of solution selling methodologies (value-based, ROI), a plus
CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, Netsuite, etc.), a plus
Prior experience selling B2B software solutions, a plus
Previous sales experience not required
Bi-lingual in Spanish, a plus
