Service Sales Account Manager Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Tip Top Roofers is currently seeking a top talent, customer-focused individual to identify and cultivate new service opportunities as a Service Sales Account Manager in the Atlanta, GA area.
We are looking for an individual that is a self-starter and energetic to develop new customers and grow our roofing service division.
Responsibilities include self-generating opportunities, marketing efforts, performing site inspections, generating proposals and selling commercial roofing projects. Establishing and maintaining commercial accounts for Tip Top Roofers.
Job Qualifications
Previous construction or industrial sales experience is preferred.
Prospecting via cold calls, emails, door-to-door calls, networking and referrals.
Previous customer service.
Maintaining active involvement with local organizations such as BOMA and participating in networking events as published.
Experience handling multiple accounts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment.
Provide constant communication and promote services provided by company.
Willingness to generate new business and manage accounts proactively.
Strong computer, communication and writing skills.
Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills.
Bachelor?s degree is preferred.
Maintaining sales call logs.
