Software Sales Development Representative Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - Position Summary
This is an entry-level sales position with a high-growth plan on the D-Tools sales team. D-Tools provides a fun, interactive sales environment where we serve our clients by providing software solutions that save time and boost profits. Our new team member will qualify leads and develop new sales opportunities for the D-Tools sales team. Based in our Atlanta, GA office, the ideal candidate will support the sales team through outbound lead generation, qualification of inbound leads, and moving leads through the D-Tools sales process. Sales experience is not required as the new team member will be fully trained using our proven methodology and sales best-practices.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage leads database in D-Tools CRM system
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email
Proactive outbound calling and messaging to new leads and existing D-Tools leads
Qualify leads using the D-Tools Lead Qualification and Sales Process
Discuss the D-Tools' product line and features with prospective clients
Set appointments for D-Tools Account Executives
Work with D-Tools Account Executives to create and implement territory plans
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Desired Skills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Self-motivated, high-energy, creative team player
Basic understanding of solution selling methodologies (value-based, ROI), a plus
CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, Netsuite, etc.), a plus
Prior experience selling B2B software solutions, a plus
Previous sales experience not required, a plus
Bi-lingual in Spanish, a plus
Compensation: Compensation for this position is a combination of salary plus commission. The average annual salary for this position is $38,000/year + based on performance.
