Staff Accountant Job Opening in Thousand Oaks, California - Bold Screen Media is a boot-strapped digital media startup headquartered in beautiful Thousand Oaks, CA. Our young, hungry team is focused on providing the best solutions for our clients to deliver their digital media budgets across ANY SCREEN and ANY DEVICE.
We are looking for a rock star Staff Accountant to take on the following tasks:
-Accounts Receivable Outreach + Reconciliation
-Accounts Payable payments via , QuickBooks Online and Paypal
-Constant Vendor and Client Email/Phone Communication
-Net Balances from Clients / Vendors
-Uploading Invoices/Bills to QBO for monthly billing cycles
-QuickBooks Online Journal Entries
-Cash Flow Analysis
-Prepare maintain financial statements ~ B.S. and P&L
-Sending invoices, reminders and statements via QBO
-Collecting unpaid invoices
-Answering 20+ emails from customers and vendors daily
-Working with clients and vendors to reconcile
Open to full-time or part-time. Here are the MUSTS for a qualified candidate:
-MUST be in the office (Thousand Oaks) at least 3 days per week
-MUST have QuickBooks Online experience
-MUST have excellent communication skills
-MUST be willing to learn, and have an energetic spirit
-MUST be able to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
-MUST have managerial & financial accounting experience
