Physician's Choice Hospice is seeking to hire Full time RN Case Managers for our Stillwater/Cushing service areas.
Job duties include, Case Managing Hospice patients, attending scheduled IDT meeting, coordinating care with Physicians, facilities and families. RN Case Managers are responsible for the over site of care of the Hospice patient.
This position includes benefit package of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Simple IRA, PTO. Salary depends on work experience.
