NOC Service Representative Job Opening in seattle, Washington - NOC Service Representative NOC Service Representative Hours: All Shifts Pay: $12.00- $14.00 hourly We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for managing all technical customer services repair and maintenance requests. This includes obtaining an accurate understanding of each customer request. The CSR will document the request in a work management system, assign and communicate the request to technicians and monitor/manage the requests from inception to closure for the customer. The CSR will manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision and high attention to detail. A successfully candidate in this position will develop a good understanding of Telecommunications Networks and services to provide excellent customer service to the customer. The Customer Service Center is a 24 hours operation that does not close, so evening and weekend work may be expected. Required Skills and Experience: Technically Adept Strong Customer Service Skills 3-5 years customer service experience, preferably in a NOC High School Diploma or Equivalent Requires proven problem solving and analytical skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel **Must pass National Background Check and Drug Screen.** Job Duties: Serves as a main point of contact for all customer requests: phone calls and emails intiated. Ensures timely completion of all customer requests by working with a group of highly skilled technicians across a North American footprint. Maintains a complete history of each customer work request in the company work management system. Continuously communicates status of completion with customers and initiates escalations when needed. Efficiently manages emergency requests and escalations through LTS management for trouble resolution in a timely manner. Accurately codes tickets to enable customer billing and reporting. Pro-Actively manages regions and keeps up to date technician and contractor availability schedule. Strives to meet 100% of all customer service requests with 100% customer satisfaction. Works on special projects as assigned.
