Part-Time Contract (10-15 hours/week) Accounting Manager Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - The Organization
Founded in 2010, LymanDoran is a premier Minneapolis-based professional services firm and one of the largest in the Twin Cities. Since its inception, we have focused on serving privately held, middle market companies and non-profit organizations. All of our work has been referral-based, with nearly 40 percent of our work coming from repeat clients.
The firm?s primary offering is retained executive search. Our engagements are conducted at the highest level of organizations, typically from Board to CEO to Executive Director to Vice President levels. We also offer a limited set of leadership consulting services. Our competency in this area feeds into every search engagement, and clients benefit from our organizational development expertise, facilitation skills and professional counsel on communication and change management strategies during leadership transitions.
When we are entrusted by a client with a leadership search, we do not take our role lightly. Our duty is two-fold: Delivering an excellent outcome and executing a transparent and thorough process. To those ends, we view ourselves as organizational consultants who help our clients define and refine leadership roles and priorities; as ambassadors and extensions of our client?s brand and reputation in the market; as navigators of and partners in the complexities and challenges of the search process; as magnets and gate-openers for high caliber, diverse candidates; as respectful contrarians who challenge assumptions and offer fresh approaches; as discerners of talent, experience and cultural competence; and as mitigators of risk through our focus and rigor. In addition to serving our clients nobly, we strive to make all candidates feel valued and respected throughout the process, and are committed to promoting equity and inclusion through our work.
