Customer Service / Accounting Support Job Opening in Wayne, New jersey - We are a leading Industry Importer and Distributor of Wine & Spirits in the New Jersey and Metro New York area and looking for a full-time Customer Service / Accounting Support staff.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interact with customers, sales reps, visitors and management
- Taking and processing orders
- Bookkeeping, and
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting major preferred)
- Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must have at least 2 years of QuickBooks experience
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction and respond promptly and accurately
- Good communication skills verbally and in writing
- Answering phones in a manner
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and stay organized
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 (depending on experience and knowledge)
