Our Centers help families successfully manage the responsibility of caring for elderly and special needs adults living at home. Our adult day health services provide the nursing & medical care, activities & socialization and nutrition that our members need to remain in their home.
The ideal candidate for Center Director will be able to deliver on our brand promise with a high customer service orientation, a strong business sense and a commitment to providing excellent service. A person with the ability to multi-task and problem solve on the fly is also a great fit!
Job Responsibilities:
Willingness to be hands-on, working manager
Lead business development efforts to grow census and utilization at the Center
Ensure the delivery of quality services to our members
Ability to independently manage, lead and develop the team at the Center
Ensure that the Center meets all regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree or commensurate experience
One to three years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
A passion for working with the elderly and disabled population
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort with external marketing and community outreach
Proficiency in computer and data entry skills
