*Should have recent experience as an HR Director in a healthcare environment
*Should be familiar with all aspects of the HR department including all HR paperwork, orientation,
payroll processing, union regulations, benefit administration, appropriate record-keeping, etc.
*Should be familiar with the regulations as they relate to HR and the survey process
*Must be detail oriented and computer literate
*Should be able to work with all facility staff
*Must be able to work in collaboration with the Administrator and the facility management team
*Must be able to work full time including some Manager on duty responsibilities
*Solid work history in HR
