This job requires a specific person whom will give 100% on daily basis. Someone whom is willing to go up and beyond for staff and residents. Duties will include opening & closing the office, handling multi-phone lines, filing daily, opening apartments, preparing models , check walking paths, detailed oriented when performing paperwork, has GREAT closing skills when leasing apartments, reviewing legal forms to new move-ins, calling for market surveys, outsource marketing,computer savvy, team-oriented, dependable is a must. Will train the right person. This is a Tuesday through Saturday position. During the summer months our hours are from 9-6p.m. on Saturday it is 10-5pm, Winter months we go back to 8:30-5:30pm. Sundays will be required if occupancy falls beneath 95%. This job pays $8-$10 an hour with leasing bonuses and rental discount on apartment.
