Provider Coordinator Job Opening in Alpharetta, Georgia - The Provider Coordinator is responsible for the education, qualification, scheduling and candidate pool maintenance for all World Care Exchange Mission needs and assessments. In addition, the Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and growing the implementation of physician World Care Exchange Mission Services in terms of recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and patient encounter management.

Provider Coordinator - World Care Exchange Responsibilities:
Works closely with recruiters and leadership across every specialty to select and onboard physicians interested in Video Medical Mission opportunities.
Interacts regularly with physicians and World Care Exchange and leadership to determine client needs, share candidate information, schedule consults and assessments, and collect feedback from providers on the overall Video Mission experience.
Facilitates and oversees the physician onboarding and training process, and monitors the progress of each physician?s and timeframes around these activities.
Explores ways to enhance the physician experience for providers and improve our partnership with World Care Exchange.
Collaboratively works with the project team to grow the field of available providers as we identify partners around the world.
Researches and contacts physician professional organizations and conference committees to help identify recruiting opportunities and targets
Collaborates effectively with to amplify and accelerate provider recruiting
Contacts new providers upon registering on the website, or other inbound leads, and converts them into active providers
Achieves/exceeds monthly goals and targets by prospecting for new providers
Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow ups
Maintains and develops new and existing provider relationships
Sends appropriate targeted marketing materials to providers and follows up appropriately
Follows up with providers on a regular basis to ensure and increase their satisfaction and engagement
Support and Partner with the staff of World Care Exchange in meeting performance objectives and other process improvement efforts. Performance objectives are established in cooperation with leadership wherever appropriate, and in alignment with both organizations goals.
Performance objectives will require working with various production departments as well as World Care Exchange clients, to create operational plans and reports to meet these objectives.
Requirements:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
1-2 years of staffing, recruiting, or consultative B2B sales skills
Cold calling or call center environment experience a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and results oriented
Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
Strong communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills
Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
Stable employment history
Verifiable employment references from previous managers
