The ICU Director is responsible for the overall operation of the ICU Unit. This position assists the Chief Nursing Officer in accomplishing the goals and objectives of the Division of Nursing. The director is expected to guide staff in the delivery of evidence based critical care centered on the patient's individual needs.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current GA RN License; Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or related experience required Experience: 3 years recent critical care leadership experience; Must possess the mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position
: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia; BCLS and ACLS required (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider)
