Sales/Marketing Representative Job Opening in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas - We are looking for talent for Independent Living Senior Facility. The Sales/Marketing position requires a results-driven person. The primary duty is making external sales contacts and securing leads and leases for the Community. Requirements include prospecting for new residents, utilizing phone calling, mailing literature, and networking opportunities. Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
Sales/Marketing is a salary position with a generous commission structure for moving in qualified residents.
Responsibilities
Tour prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments.
Maintain and generate referral sources, attend outreach programs as assigned by community manager. Engage in quality external marketing contacts each week that are designed to build strong referral relationships in the community. Target markets will include discharge planners, church organizations, associations/groups geared to seniors, and others as directed by Marketing Director.
Cold calling and daily prospecting is required, working with direct mail campaigns, attending and establishing trade show opportunities.
Correctly complete all lease applications.
conduct follow up calls.
Track all prospect activity, phone calls and other daily activity.
Implement a system to generate weekly and monthly reports.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in the marketplace.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
