Major Responsibilities
-Establish and maintain reporting systems for financial performance of the division. Forecast sales and business planning to meet financial targets established by RGE USA, RGE Group. Develop Business Plan with fellow managers to record and improve financial performance of the division. Orchestrate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing while meeting all internal and external reporting deadlines. Ensure compliance with all Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ensure compliance with RGE Group Ethical Business procedures. Maintain compliance with RGE Group guidelines related to Finance and Information Technology. Implement key indicators to determine relevance to business plan. Lead and develop weekly cost summaries with mid level management. Oversee Information Systems teams to ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with all regulations. Support engineering personnel with quoting new work and with new program development. Seek out ways to improve systems while reducing costs through Continuous Improvement.
Education
-Bachelor Degree (BS) from a four-year college or university in Accounting or related Business field of study
-Certified Public Accountant qualifications preferred
-Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidates preferred but not required
-Financial experience in supplier environment preferred
-Must understand plant operations and process flow as they relate to Finance and Information Technology
-Ability to prepare timely and accurate financial statements
-Strong organizational, planning, written and verbal communication skills (read, write, speak English fluently) with team -Common office equipment (i.e. PC, copier, fax, etc.)
-Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software systems experience required
-Microsoft Office software skills (advanced level)
-Ability to work overtime as required
-Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems software required
-Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, histograms) Additional
