Team Player
The responsibilities include 1-on-1 communication with perspective patients and patients in multi-dimensional (various) ways: Maintaining Patient traffic flow in the office
Case Management
Excellent 1-on-1 communication with our new and existing patients
Ensure proper processing of fees and charges Schedule and confirm appointments with patients
Prepare patient folders and exam paper work
Maintain patient records
Answer, screen and forward telephone calls
Qualifications
Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program
High School diploma or GED
Experience in a customer service role
Energetic and comfortable promoting a healthy lifestyle
Self-directed, punctual, and dependable
Quick learner and organized Detail oriented, ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize tasks
Basic computer knowledge
