This organization is a mid-sized family owned organization (approaching its 35th anniversary) who is a tiered supplier to the automotive industry. They have asked us to find them a key individual in Accounting, who will work directly with their to CFO, to lead them in achieving world class standards as they double in size. As a result, it?s an opportunity for you to develop your experience to a world class level!
This organization is the global leader in its market, exports nearly 40% of its products globally, and designs and builds all of its own manufacturing equipment. They are also the only company in the world who exclusively manufactures their products.
If you want to know more, here are some of the major projects that will be tackled in the 1st year. For a person who is passionate about Accounting, it doesn?t get much better ? having the opportunity to play a hands-on role in building an accounting system from the manufacturing floor up.
Lead implementation of the Accounting and Finance modules in a new ERP system the organization is currently in the process of rolling out
Re-engineer inventory system, including organizing and optimizing inventory levels
Streamline payroll process, including evaluating and leading the outsourcing of this process
As can be seen above, there are lots of great projects to work on, but we?re also looking for someone that can do the dirty work too. The organization needs someone who not only values attention to detail but believes in getting it right the first time (and consistently does so!). This opportunity is ideal for someone who either understands how the numbers impact the operation or wants to get to that next level of understanding through first class mentorship. Manufacturing experience is a big plus given the opportunity for involvement beyond the numbers. However, it all starts with getting the numbers right!
