Ace Graphics continues to grow and is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Printing Professional. As a member of the Customer Service team you will work directly with new and existing clients managing their printing, premiums, mailing and fulfillment projects.
Candidates should have an advanced understanding of the printing process and be able to manage projects to run smoothly in our clean production environment. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and very well organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Estimating
Outsource Products and Services Management
Effectively communicate client-specific requests back to Sales and Production departments ensuring client expectations are met & exceeded.
Work directly with outside providers communicating projects details, confirming schedules negotiating prices and preparing purchase orders.
Monitor projects throughout complete production and distribution process to ensure Ace quality standards are met and projects deliver on time.
Develop quality relationships with clients through appropriate and timely contact and providing a superior customer experience.
Qualifications:
High School Degree; University or Bachelor's Degree desired.
Minimum 2 years of industry related experience.
Strong communication, presentation skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office applications, as well as intermediate computer skills necessary.
Experience with client relations in Corporate Marketing Departments, Design Agencies, Education Design Departments, Healthcare Marketing preferred.
