We are looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians for the Wilmington, DE area.
Our Service Technicians are responsible for servicing all system issues on time and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot and repair customer systems, perform scheduled maintenance, perform warranty work, and suggesting and performing system improvements, modifications, etc. This position does require you to work outside normal working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays because we have a rotating shift for customer emergencies..
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a residential HVAC technician (both boilers and warm air equipment) is required.
We provide in-house technical and sales training at Burns & McBride Comfort Tech to keep you up to date on all the changes in the industry and to help you be the best technician that you can be.
