Summary
The Controller manages and maintains accounting functions and related activities in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in support of the mission of the university in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the university.
Minimum Qualifications
The Controller must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree required; Master?s degree preferred; and
One to three years of experience in accounting field and GAAP experience required; supervisory experience required; public accounting experience preferred; financial aid general ledger experience preferred; familiarity with Title IV regulation preferred; and
CPA preferred.

Required Work Hours
A minimum of forty hours per week, plus other hours as may be necessary to complete job duties. A combination of day, evening, and weekend hours is required.
Reporting and Supervisory Responsibilities
The Controller reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
