The successful candidate should be both very organized, and detail oriented. Must be able to interact with customers, vendors and employees. Must be self-motivated, reliable, dependable, positive person and interested in serving seniors.
Requirements
Must have strong work ethic
Must be well organized and a self-starter, able to work alone
Follow standard filing procedures, create and implement office systems while developing cost saving efficiencies.
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Possess strong organizational and time management skills and multi-task
Problem solving skills, accounting principles knowledge, documentation skill, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
Ability to work independently and with a team with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Process payment checks, A/R, A/P, invoicing, collections.
Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
Assist in month end closing
Assist with other projects as needed
