Peska Construction, Inc. has an opening for a well-organized individual with multi-tasking abilities seeking s challenging and diverse set of responsibilities. This position will provide support to all office personnel including accounting and project managers.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
Administrative support-2 Years Minimum
Responsibilities:
Provide general clerical work including data entry, filing, ordering, answering phones, etc.
Greet clients and sales personnel. Screen vendors, etc.
Assist with vehicles, trailers & equipment tracking, licensing & registration
Assist project managers with contract agreements, change orders, purchase orders, etc.
Maintain and order office supplies, cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies
Open & distribute incoming & outgoing mail-Fed-Ex & UPS
Additional duties as assigned by
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work as a team member
Strong communication skills, customer service skills
Self- motivated and organized
Able to multi-task
Microsoft experience including word, outlook, excel
Operate standard office equipment
Attention to detail
