Present the sales information according to training specifications and the direction of management.
Use approved sales presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
Present appropriate pricing and options in accordance with specified guidelines.
Ask the guest to purchase according to training specifications and direction of management, and conforming to the financial needs of the guest(s).
Complete all appropriate new owner closing documentation as required.
Maintain the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
Requirements:
Minimum one (1) year previous sales experience required
Vacation Ownership experience preferred but not required
Real estate license is preferred but not required
College degree preferred but not required
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
