As a Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate, you will:
Maintain a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
Approach and greet each and every customer, offer samples of our quality product, and provide outstanding customer service so as to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty
Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
Performs all other tasks and duties assigned by the Seasonal Retail Store Manager to support the needs of the business
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Background in retail or customer service
Ability to lift 25-50 pounds, kneel down, and stand for long periods of time
Must have a passion for people and loyalty to the Hickory Farms brand
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
