Sales Representative Job Opening in Lincoln, Nebraska - Sales Personnel: Sales personnel are the face and voice of J-Tech Construction. Sales personnel generate leads through home shows, referrals, and canvassing amongst other methods. Sales personnel make in-home sales presentations to customers and report all customer information in the software. Lastly sale personnel field all customer questions and complaints throughout the project culminating in final collection of outstanding balances.
Time Requirements: Generally a work week will consists of 40 to 50 hours. Salespersons must be available to run 2 appointments a day and work 2 4-hour office shifts a week. Salespersons must be present at team meetings, home shows, and fairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Inspect potential customers roof and exterior appearance for hail damage.
When necessary communicate to insurance adjusters and companies on behalf of J-Tech Construction and/or customer.
Always maintain a professional appearance of dress, vehicle, and materials. This includes dress shoes, slacks, covering tattoos, wearing a J-Tech polo shirt. Keep vehicles clean and tidy inside and out. Maintain orderly sales materials.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assess customers needs, provide assistance, and inform customers on J-Tech products and warranties.
?Go the extra mile? to drive sales.
Maintain pitchbook, Surface Pro, and material samples in presentable condition for in-home presentations.
Actively seek out potential customers through home shows, door to door canvassing, referrals, fairs, networking events, etc.
Remain knowledgeable on J-Tech?s product line and intelligently discuss available options with potential customers.
Cross sell and upsell products.
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Build productive trust relationships with customers.
Work with other team members to collect outstanding customer debts.
Attend seminars and events that increase product knowledge and improve sales presentations.
Report all pertinent and required customer information in software.
Attend all J-Tech Construction sales meetings and events.
Required Skills
Must be computer literate.
Communication skills
Be able to safely climb a ladder and inspect roofs.
Drive a vehicle for extended periods of time.
Be comfortable presenting and speaking in front of potential customers.
Self Motivated.
Complete additional tasks as assigned and/or needed
