Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Easton, Maryland - (1) Day to Day Responsibilities
Perform General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Credit Card Transactions and Reconciliations, and other day to day accounting responsibilities
Assist with file organization and other administrative duties
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls appropriately
Cash flow forecasting and management
Maintain office equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships
Provide customer service and other general office support
(2) Required Work Experience and Skills
Minimum 5 years full-charge bookkeeper experience
Provident in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An independent self-starter who takes responsibility for their work
Outstanding analytic skills with a fine attention to detail
Desire to be a key team member that actively contributes to the overall success of the Company
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
Required education:
High school or equivalent
