Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Catonsville, Maryland - Private club west of Baltimore City seeks an experienced Accounting Assistant. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for the accurate billing of member accounts on a monthly basis, posting payments to accounts, making account adjustments, entering vendor invoices for Accounts Payable, preparing check runs, and keeping up to date and organized files. Good problem-solving skills, above average Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software required.
