Night Auditor Job Opening in Bowling Green, Kentucky - Job Type: Part Time/Full Time
Job Location: Exit 22
Shift Availability: Immediate availability for 3rd shift
Hours: 11pm-7am
Salary: $9.00 /hour
Responsibilities
Creating and modifying reservations as per guests request maintaining company policy
Assisting Guests in check-in, check-out process
Addressing guest requests and follows up with housekeeper and other staffs if required
Guest services representative is also responsible for all cash handling and charge payments, balances and prepares closing paperwork and shift closing duties, and must efficiently work through the hotel's computer booking system
Completing specific computer audit reports
Keeping workstation clean, organized
Maintaining the requisite communication level with other staff and management
Must contain absolute knowledge of emergency procedures
Requirements
At least one year experience in customer service (Hotel Experience preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, up to 5 hours
Basic Computer Skill, Excellent guest oriented Communication skill
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow- through,
Respectful, Cooperative and work with a minimum of supervision.
Multi-tasking Ability
Punctuality and consistent attendance
Sincere, honest and enthusiastic attitude toward work
Must be available on Weekends
