Job Title: Sales/ Repair Tech/ MIT
Pay Rate: Starts at $10.00/hr. plus commission (Highly Experienced Techs will potentially start at a higher rate)
Job Description: Reporting to the Store Manager and/or District Manager, the Phone Repair technician is responsible for interacting with customers on the sales floor which means BIG PERSONALITY is a plus! Phone Repair Techs also serves customers with diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices, such as smartphones and tablets (Training Provided). Other duties include cash handling, basic cleaning duties, restocking inventory, and performing opening/closing duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform basic phone repairs - screens, batteries, charge ports, cameras, etc.
* Perform basic computer diagnostics/repair - virus removal, data transfer, software install/removal, etc.
* Interact with customers, while making sales
* Upselling customers to increase UPT
* Ensures 100% customer satisfaction
Basic Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills with an OUTGOING PERSONALITY. Ability to upsell customers by building rapport with clients. Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Works well in team environment. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Brilliant at multi-tasking. High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience repairing smartphones or working in a retail sales environment a plus but not required. Fluent in Spanish a plus but also not required.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment. Present and sell company products. Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor. Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations. Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock. Utilize the NCR point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair. Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store. Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices Provide recommendations for problem resolution. Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner. Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers. Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Cellairis quality standards.
