Executive Admin w Marketing/PR/Sales Experience Job Opening in Jupiter, Florida - Looking for a skilled multi-tasking admin to fulfill a full-time position.
This position will focus on planning, development and implementation of all the organization's marketing strategies, communications, public relations activities, educational conferences, and membership efforts both external and internal.
The ideal candidate will be multi-talented with excellent written and oral communication skills, digital and print marketing knowledge, and event management experience. Must be able to wear many "hats" and be self-motivated. Non-profit trade association management a plus.
The National Tax Lien Association (NTLA) was founded in 1997 as a nonprofit professional trade organization for the tax lien industry. It is dedicated to representing the interest of investors lenders, service providers, and government officials in regards to tax lien sales, as well as promoting the benefit of those sales as reliable income for municipal, county, and some state budgets. ()
Expectations
Bachelor's Degree in Design (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
3+ years of prior experience
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Press Releases, Memos, Newsletters, Membership Correspondence)
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Aps for Work, Constant Contact, AMS, LMS, Social Media)
Ability to work independently
Light Travel (2-3 times per year within US)
Responsibilities
Communication & Marketing
Responsible for the creating, implementation and success of online and print marketing campaigns. * Implement, track, and adjust strategies based on review of analytical reports.
Maintain accuracy and functionality of association website, micro-sites, landing pages.
Lead generation, database growth.
Marketing materials: statistical reports, informational brochures and sale sheets, mailers, promotional items, print ads, online banners, e-mail blasts, trade show displays.
Edit, design, distribute quarterly newsletter to association membership.
Engage and motivate online viewers through detailed SEO and graphic elements.
Collaborate with video producers and other vendors to create digital marketing material to showcase the association in vision and direction.
Edit and optimize association's presence on social media outlets.
Association Management
Develop, execute and manage marketing strategy to support the overall recruitment and retention efforts of the association.
Conduct efforts to relay association's mission and uphold standard.
Recruit and maintain members with effective strategies in collaboration with Executive Director.
Supports procedures regarding project documentation; such as schedules, invoices, and task lists.
Public Relations
Build and maintain list of key media influencers.
Work alongside PR Committee to control message.
Develop strategies to educate and distribute important news announcements to industry.
Edit Press releases and marketing materials for distribution to national reporters.
Strategize relevant opportunities for engagement and influential partnerships.
Conference & Event Management
Increase attendance by improving the utilization of digital and print marketing. (SEO/Social Ads/PPC)
Increase income by drafting alternate sponsorship and exhibitor options.
Manage vendors and maintain budget.
Plan and organize national conferences including staffing events, securing appropriate venues, material development and outreach marketing.
Compensation is based on skills and experience. Hours are flexible ... Monday - Friday (40 hrs week). Must have resume and experience listed above. $40k to $50k Base with $18k to $30k bonus. Bonus paid six (6) times per year. Full Medical and Dental health benefits.
