Mobileye US is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Aftermarket division. The successful candidate will seek new partnerships and develop our business opportunities in North America. She/he will promote and develop specific business verticals and play a key role in Mobileye?s rapid growth. The candidate will establish a pipeline through networking, industry relationships, etc., with the expectation of seeking, identifying, and negotiating to acquire potential partners. The Business Development Manager will define and implement strategies to attract new business to Mobileye, and serve as the domain-expert for Mobileye?s US sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and develop market segments that will enable exponential growth.
Work to meet aggressive sales goals through development of strategic plans and their execution (acquire new partnerships).
Build, enable, and drive the Mobileye North American strategy for specific business verticals.
Solicit, manage, and drive business development goals.
Identify key areas of alignment between Mobileye and its prospective partners, focusing on
specific industries or target growth markets & solutions offerings.
Manage all aspects of the project process to ensure a successful result for both Mobileye and our partners.
Extend to account management and implementation as needed.
Educate prospects about Mobileye?s unique products and solutions.
Coach, develop, and provide leadership to Mobileye?s sales and marketing teams.
Stay abreast of competitive trends and developments within the industry.
Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholders; provide periodic reports on various activities.
Work closely with the executive team to develop market penetration strategies.
Candidate Qualifications, Experience, and Other Requirements
Proven track record of successful business development initiatives in a B2B environment.
Can deliver polished presentations by phone and in-person that advance opportunities from introduction to close.
Experience working with or in the auto industry in a business development capacity is a plus.
Bachelor?s degree in relevant discipline, with a business, economics, or technical major.
A team-oriented mentality and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
Solid communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate objectives and results to clients.
Operate from the New York office, Manhattan, NY.
Travel required.
