Senior Change Leader -Healthcare (Anticipated Vacancy) Job Opening in Washington, District of columbia - In anticipation of a task order award under the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) contract, we are currently seeking Subject Matter Experts (SME) to support the mission of the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT). These SMEs will provide technical assistance to SAMHSA/CSAT grantees or states and tribes with respect to planning, development, operation, data collection, technical assistance, and program evaluation.
The primary role of the Division of Services Improvement (DSI) in fulfilling CSAT's mission is to improve the quantity and quality of treatment and recovery services and systems for persons with substance use disorders.
Specifically, DLH is looking for Senior Change Leader who has experience supporting recent community-based and state/tribal systems supporting recovery.
Successful candidates will have effective oral and written communication skills along with 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Face-to-Face Training Facilitation
Online Training Facilitation
Curriculum Development
Developing Training Materials
Follow-up Techniques
Needs Assessment
Facilitate On-site Technical Assistance
Delivery of Technical Assistance via Phone
Development of standalone TA documents
Setting up and operating opioid treatment services/programs
Knowledge of opioid treatment clinical services management
Interpreting and Implementing opioid treatment legislation
The ability to work remotely and travel as needed is required.
