Pharmacist Job Opening in meadville, Pennsylvania - Pharmacist Pharmacist (Greenville & New Castle) UPMC Cancer Centers Job ID: 1081780 UPMC Cancer Centers, one of the largest integrated community networks of cancer physicians and health care specialists in the country, allows patients to receive the highest level of cancer care without having to leave their communities. Working with the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, UPMC Cancer Centers is able to offer patients the latest advances in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis and treatment at locations throughout the tri-state region. We are currently seeking a regular full-time Pharmacist to support our network sites in Greenville and New Castle, Pa. These services will be provided in compliance with state and federal regulations and the mission and policies of the hospital and department. Along with regular Pharmacist responsibilities as part of the Oncology team; the incumbent will ensure the provision of cost-effective pharmacotherapy contributing to optimal patient outcomes, provide experiential education for present and future health care practitioners, and support drug-related research. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science or Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy - 3 to 6 months hospital pharmacy experience are preferred - Oncology experience preferred - Act 33/34/73 Clearances - PA Licensed Pharmacist We welcome you to apply today at /Careers.
