Legal office experience preferred. Organized, attention to detail. Intermediate computer skills. Pick up mail at Post Office each morning. Efficiently sort, open and distribute incoming mail. Accurately count, copy and distribute daily check batches. Collect and route afternoon inter-office mail. Timely post outgoing mail and drop off at Post Office. Maintain copiers, fax machine, postage machine for paper, toner and postage. Make service calls as needed. Maintain logs. Inventory and order basic supplies at least once a week; printed materials as needed. Open phones at 8:00 a.m.; answer until 9:00 a.m.; back up receptionist each day during lunch from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Errands for all departments when necessary. Run monthly postage machine reports. Efficiently assist other employees with copying and projects. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. Starting wage $11.50 per hour. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, 403b. Requirements: Legal office experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Excellent attendance and written and verbal communication skills Organized and detail oriented Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Regularly uses hands to sort paper products Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time May be required to stoop, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs.
