Job Description:
Residential, Commercial and New Construction sales.
Commission based income working as an independent contractor
Support:
Our company gives sales associates the support of sales managers, a full-time company trainer, full time administrative staff and call center.
Training is provided for career advancement with C21 University and in-house or webinar training sessions.
Business coaching available
Job Requirements:
Candidate must either be a licensed real estate agent in good standing with the local Board of REALTORS or if a non-licensed candidate, willing to complete the state-mandated pre-licensure course and the Connecticut state licensure exam prior to affiliation.
Must have:
Good communication skills
Be moderately tech savvy
Sales background a plus
Good customer service skills
Desire to build a successful, full-time real estate career
