Forklift Sales/Service Specialist (CSS) Job Opening in Broussard, Louisiana - Description/Job Summary
The Customer Service Satisfaction Representative?s responsibility is to represent and promote the company?s image and services; specifically, the Service, Parts and Rental departments.
Essential Job Duties:
Establish and maintain a relationship with customers, which promote honesty and fairness to the Customers as well as our Organization.
Aggressively promote and sell all company services 100% of the time in the assigned territory on a full-time basis and to maintain close contact with all customers and prospective customers.
Maintain and increase the sales volume of service, rental, and parts department.
Maintain an awareness of local competitive conditions and report them back to management on a timely basis.
Implement a plan to aggressively seek new customers.
Submit call reports, history and forecasts in the ACT program frequently as well as attend weekly sales meetings.
Produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profits for the company while obtaining goals set forth by M&L Management.
Achieve and maintain excellence in customer satisfaction.
Dress in an appropriate manner that is professional and upholds the company?s image.
Promote and recommend better ways to serve our customers/new customers.
PM?s: It will be the responsibility of the CSSR to sign up new PM Service Contracts.
PM Renewals: It will be the responsibility of the CSSR to renew existing PM agreements annually.
Time & Territory Management: It will be up to the CSSR to establish a routine and schedule that allows them to effectively cover their territory. On an average, 80% of your time should be spent in the field calling on new business and staying in front of existing/new customers, while the remaining 20% should be time spent in the office working with the parts and service departments on quotes and any service issues identified when reviewing repaired equipment. We expect you to be proactive in planning your work and your customer calls and following that plan to the best of you ability.
Service Quotes: It will be the responsibility of the CSSR to communicate service quotes to the customer. It is crucial that the majority of your time is spent in the field, in front of the customer or potential customers.
