Electrical Inside Sales Job Opening in Trenton, New jersey - ELECTRICAL Inside Sales
Duties :
Possess sufficient knowledge of Electrical products lines and specific products so as to
Effectively represent them. Support the sales and service requirements of assigned Outside
Salespersons. Prepare bids and proposals, coordinate communications between customers and
Outside Salespersons on a timely basis. Provide sales and customer service support to assigned
accounts, as directed. Data entry into the ERP system. Ensure adherence to company credit
policies. Expedite customer requests. Provide product information an availability. Requests for
product returns and credit adjustments. Expediting backorders and providing order status on a
timely basis. Increase sales, seek new sales maintain phone logs of results, and reviewing
with the Branch Manager. Works closely with accounting. Forward sales leads to the appropriate
Outside Salesperson. Actively seek to sell slow-moving and obsolete inventory. Initiate ?pro-
active? sales calls to current and prospective customers. As requested, participate/assist in trade
shows.
