Commercial Roofing Sales Rep / Estimator - New Jersey/Pennsy... Job Opening in Williamstown, New jersey - Looking for an ambitious and personable individual looking to join a fast growing Commercial Roofing Company, Dezigns Construction (DCI). We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Rep / Estimator who will develop and maintain B2B relationships while building accounts via prospecting and referrals. DCI?s primary focus is on partnerships, customer service, and direct communication. Candidate will be responsible for business development in a face paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Estimate Jobs of varying commercial roof types Single-Ply, Built Up, Metal, and Shingle etc.
Responsible for setting sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies
Prospecting via cold calls, emails, networking and referrals, call lists can be provided
Making sales presentations and partnering with clients to establish their needs
Build Client Relationships
Attend Sales Meetings
Coordinating with office and sales director to develop sales strategies and, when necessary, to close deals
Competitive Compensation Plan designed to reward with excellent earning potential
Position Requirements:
Strong communication, follow-up, and writing skills
Ability to sell and overcome rejection
Proven problem solving, relationship building, and presentation skills
Ability to climb ladder, walk and inspect roofs, may require lifting of approx. at least 50lbs
Ability to travel regularly, clean driving record, reliable vehicle
Excellent follow-up, organizational, and analytical skills
Basic Computer, smart-phone/tablet skills, MS Office, PowerPoint are essential
Associate or Bachelor?s degree, 5+ years experience in industry acceptable in lieu of degree
Sales or Estimating Experience Required - Minimum 2 years
