Do you have a good mix of business, interpersonal, and technical skills? As a leading Microsoft systems integration company, Customer Dynamics is seeking a Microsoft CRM Consultant to analyze business problems, build systems, and work with our customers to solve their business process problems through the customization and implementation of Microsoft?s CRM.
This position is suited for a well-rounded CRM Implementation Consultant that focuses on improving business processes, and understands the needs of our clients from upper executives to sales and service personnel. The primary responsibility of the CRM Consultant is to become a ?trusted implementer?, in terms of business process automation, system integration and Microsoft CRM customization and implementation to meet our client needs.
Job Responsibilities :
Business consulting to determine the needs of our clients and how Dynamics 365/CRM can be configured and customized to meet those needs.
Beyond needs analysis and design, incumbent must be able to map those needs to Dynamics 365/CRM.

Specific experience in a sales, marketing or services role will help the candidate work from experience with our customers. Beyond needs analysis and design, the candidate must be able to map those needs to Dynamics 365/CRM.
Discover, analyze and document customer business process and develop high level specifications
Provide technical presales support to internal team members on Microsoft CRM.
Assist customers in identifying their CRM needs.
Migrate existing databases from various platforms: Access, Goldmine, ACT.
Provide training and ongoing support for CRM customers.
Support internal CRM initiatives for managing relationships with clients and staff.
Required Qualifications
Understanding of the core functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM products and what the product can do to solve complex business problems
Must possess strong inter-personal relations and excellent verbal/written communication skills
Energy, enthusiasm, and positive-spirit - confident without arrogance.
Entrepreneurial spirit - will do what it takes to get the job done
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Management or related field
3-5 years of consulting experience
Analysis and requirements gathering, architecture design, and application development
SQL experience (Microsoft SQL Server) nice to have but not required
