The Office: Open, sunny, semi-formal, and busy. 10am-6pm Monday-Friday, lunches taken on the go! The Role: Receptionist is the first contact for customers including phone calls, email, and appointments. duties include: Contracts Chasing, receiving, filing Certificates Chasing, receiving, filing Administrative support for Stefan Valcuha and Rene Morel Phone, fax, customer invoicing, appointments Inbox Tending Formal tending of Customer correspondence Forwarding Client Hospitality Coat & case check Offer water, coffee, tea Anticipating needs and other hospitality Discrete solicitation of names, etc Special Customer correspondence and administrative assistance At the direction of Dir, EM, and Project Coordinator Reception Lobby Presentation and organization, Emphasis on clean, uncluttered first impressions for customers Personal Assistant to the Dir Personal mail and correspondence Personal errands Arranging personal travel and accommodation Finally, Receptionist will assist with specially assigned tasks.
