Outside Sales and Marketing Specialist Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - PCI Wellness is a new state-of-the-art Med Spa and Integrative Wellness Center in Scottsdale bringing you the latest innovations in non-invasive laser skin care treatments, body contouring, laser hair removal, dermal fillers, PRP hair restoration, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, personal training, performance and recovery, massage therapy and other self-improvement services.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an outside business to business (B2B) and client facing (B2C) sales professional with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, an aggressive yet tactful personality, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic. He or she will excel in a short sales process and thrive in a high-energy environment. This position is going to be best suited for an individual with high energy and is not afraid to meet and talk to many new people daily outside the med spa. This person will be an ambassador of our brand so personal appearance and professionalism is critical.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire & develop B2B relationships with the surrounding business community to create PCI Wellness awareness and incorporate into the PCI Wellness New Client Referral Program
Effectively network and generate new client leads outside of the med spa
Analyze new client needs and make intelligent recommendations for services or treatments
Follow up with previous potential clients to renew their interest in services and gain the commitment to start with treatments through self-created innovative and customized marketing campaigns.
Create opportunities to sponsor or participate in in-house and outside special events (i.e. charity events, ladies nights, med spa happy hours, open houses, onsite and offsite demonstrations etc.)
Participate in health & wellness trade shows, aesthetics industry trade shows and other events
Maintain client leads database and report progress weekly
Make timely follow up phone calls and emails during office administrative time
Distribute marketing materials to B2B and B2C clients
Provide ongoing feedback regarding effectiveness of advertising and promotional efforts
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience
Experienced negotiator and strong closer in a short sales cycle
Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets
Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
Capacity to work both in a team environment as well as independently
Capable of completing job duties with little or no direction
Well organized and ability to multi-task
Preferred but not required to the following industry experience: Aesthetic, Cosmetic, Health & Wellness, Weight Loss, Hair Restoration, Plastic Surgery, Med Spa, Lasik, Fitness or related industries
