Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Tucson, Arizona - HJ3 Composite Technologies, LLC, one of the fastest growing Cleantech companies in the U.S., HJ3 manufacturers, engineers, and installs state of the art patented composite solutions to repair the world's crumbling infrastructure, is looking for a talented and driven Inside Sales Representative to join its team.
HJ3 will select candidates that are extremely service-oriented individuals accustomed to assisting clients with unwavering support! Proven self-starters ready to roll up their sleeves and help HJ3 become the world leader in infrastructure repair need apply.
Requirements:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assembling information on repair applications from clients and arranging that information into its defined process for review by HJ3 engineers. Additional tasks will include:
Sales prospecting and lead development over the phone
Creating estimates and quotes
Drafting and finalizing proposals
Customer service for clients related to products and applications
Assembling drawings
Conduct online webinars
Coordinate meetings for outside sales team
The chosen candidate must be coachable, personable, and have the ability to multi-task.
Additional requirements include:
3 years of sales and/or customer service experience required, preferably by phone
Technical Associates Degree required, higher degree a plus
Experience reading blue-prints, Auto-CAD, drafting experience a plus
3 references from former employers only (direct managers a plus)
Must pass a drug exam and background check
