LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse 2nd shift +Bonus Job Opening in Gastonia, North carolina - The LPN Nurse position is a perfect opportunity to take your nursing skills and navigate our customers through their post-acute journey, making sure their stay is a WOW experience.
The position on 2nd shift is from 3pm-11pm, and every other weekend. We have excellent shift differentials for 2nd shift and weekends.
We are currently offering a SIGN ON BONUS for the second shift full time position.
The LPN will:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFNC guidelines.
Supervise CNAs, medication administration, wound and treatment care
Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to MFNC nursing policy and procedures.
Write weekly/monthly summaries of patients? status and address problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

Job Requirements for LPN position:
Potential candidate must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NC.
Must be proficient with computers and computer software.
Establish and maintain positive relations with customers, families, staff and visitors.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
